This Privacy Policy explains how Trader's Gold Desk ("Trader's Gold Desk", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit golddesk.pro, submit a signup or contact form, or use the Trader's Gold Desk client-area application (together, the "Service").

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us:

• Signup requests: full name, email address, mobile number, chosen plan, billing cycle, and payment method (GCash or bank deposit), submitted through the "Join the desk" form.
• Contact form: full name, email address, contact number, and the message/inquiry you write, submitted through the "Get in touch" form.
• Refer & Earn: if you share a referral link (golddesk.pro/?ref=youremail), we record your email as the referrer against any signup made through that link, along with the referred client's name, email, phone, plan, payment method, and the commission amount, so we can track and pay referral commissions. To view your own referral status, we email a one-time verification code to the email you enter — we don't ask for a password.
• Client-area use: if you become a subscriber, information you add while using the app — such as journal entries, checklist progress, and community posts — associated with your account.

We do not collect payment card, bank account, or e-wallet credentials through this website. Payments are made manually by scanning a GCash or bank QR code in your own banking/e-wallet app — we never see or store your payment app login or card details.

3. How we use your information

• To review and verify subscription signups, and to email you your Trader's Gold Desk access link once payment is verified.
• To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form.
• To operate the client-area app for active subscribers (journal, checklists, community, resources).
• To send you service-related communications, such as access details or account notices.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. How information is handled

Today, signup and contact form submissions are sent directly to our team's email inbox for manual review — they are not automatically written into a marketing database. If you become a subscriber, your account and in-app activity (journal entries, checklist progress, community posts, etc.) are stored in the Trader's Gold Desk application's database so the Service can function.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, our email delivery and application hosting providers), solely for that purpose, and we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Trader's Gold Desk or others.

6. Data retention

We retain signup and contact form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to process your request and for our internal records. If you are a subscriber, we retain your account and in-app data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations.

7. Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the right to be informed, to access your personal data, to object to processing, to correct inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data, subject to legal and legitimate business exceptions.
