1. Who we are

Trader's Gold Desk ("Trader's Gold Desk", "we", "us", "our") is an XAU/USD (gold) trade-planning and journaling toolkit for traders, operated as part of the Learn To Win Academy family of products. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the golddesk.pro website and the Trader's Gold Desk client-area application (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Not financial advice

Trader's Gold Desk provides educational content, planning tools, checklists, market commentary, and journaling features. Nothing on the Service constitutes personalized financial, investment, or trading advice, and Trader's Gold Desk is not a licensed broker, dealer, or investment advisor. Scenarios, bias calls, liquidity levels, and any commentary (including the "Trading IQ" quiz results) are illustrative and educational in nature, reflect our own analysis or generated commentary, and are not a guarantee or prediction of future price movement.

Trading gold, forex, and related derivatives carries a high level of risk and may result in the loss of some or all of your capital. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription plans and billing

• Trader's Gold Desk is offered on fixed-term subscription plans (currently Starter Desk, Trading Desk, and Desk Pro), each with its own duration, price, and feature access as described on our Pricing page.
• Subscriptions are currently activated manually: after you submit a signup request and complete payment via the GCash or bank QR code shown at checkout, our team verifies your payment and emails your access link, typically within 24 hours.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Near the end of your term, you may choose to resubscribe to continue access.
• All payments are final and non-refundable, including in cases of partial use, change of mind, or early discontinuation. Please review plan details carefully before paying.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share your account access with people outside your household or organization without authorization; attempt to resell, redistribute, or scrape Trader's Gold Desk content or tools; reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service; or use the community features to harass other members, post spam, or share content unrelated to trading and the Trader's Gold Desk community.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms, without refund.

6. Refer & Earn

Anyone may share a personal referral link (golddesk.pro/?ref=youremail) and earn a 30% commission on the subscription fee of anyone who subscribes after clicking it. A referral only becomes payable once we've verified the referred client's payment and confirmed the referral — pending or unpaid signups don't count. Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid for the plan chosen, using the commission rate in effect at the time the referral was recorded. We may withhold or reverse a commission where the referred signup is fraudulent, self-referred, cancelled, or refunded (though our plans are generally non-refundable), or where the referral link was used to spam, mislead, or misrepresent Trader's Gold Desk. Referral payouts are handled manually and are not automatic; we'll coordinate payout details with you directly. We may change or discontinue the Refer & Earn program, or its commission rate, at any time for referrals made after the change.

7. Community content

Posts, comments, and journal entries you share in community areas remain your own, but by posting you grant Trader's Gold Desk a license to display that content within the Service. Be respectful — trading takes discipline, and so does a healthy community.

8. Intellectual property

The Trader's Gold Desk name, logo, website design, tools, and course/resource materials are owned by Trader's Gold Desk / Learn To Win Academy and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

9. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update features, pricing for new subscribers, or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trader's Gold Desk and its team are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on any scenario, bias, checklist, or commentary provided.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
